Following the end of March, three balloons of Taitung County Government, Heart-Shaped, Taitung and Cow balloons, led by Governor Justin Huang participated the 6th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2014, is now flying in Philippines and working very hard for our diplomacy.
