The paddy field in Taitung Rift Valley has gradually turned from yellow to green in February. The weather is getting warmer and warmer, too.
The balloon team of Taitung County Government has started balloon flight training every early morning at 6 AM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in February. In order to get more familiar with the climate and terrain of Rift Valley and ground operation processes, and strengthen the ability of hot air balloon flight path judgment, they will reinforce flying skills and cultivate the ability to do the ground work independently so that they can complete the flight mission with the safest judgment and environment.
