Located in Chengshan Community of Ningpu Village,Ningcheng Temple is the only shrine for Kings of Sanshan (3 Hills) on the east coast. Serving as the local religious center,the temple houses King of Jhongshan,the main god,who is accompanied by God of Land,the Goddess of the Sea,Jigong,and other gods. The most important ritual is held on the King’s birthday,February 25 of the lunar calendar.
