With the establishment of the namesake brand "Wan-an Organic Rice",Wan-an Village has recently been developed into an area of leisure farming. The closely-working farmers founded Wan-an Community Development Association,which in 1994 transformed the deserted fertilizer warehouse at the 3km mark on Provincial Highway 197 into Rice Village Museum,where guided tours of local rice culture and community travel information are offered,as well as service of simple meals and rice painting DIY activities.
