Located in Liqiu Village, Jinfeng Township, Taitung County, the Kavulungan Austronesian Cultural Park is a vital hub that integrates the traditional spirit of the Paiwan people with the broader Austronesian cultural context. Officially opened in 2025, the park was jointly established by the local indigenous community and the Taitung County Government. It features the reconstruction of three traditional structures: the Male Priest's House, the Female Shaman's House, and a Seed Preservation Granary, which collectively showcase the Paiwan wisdom of living in harmony with nature. More than just a cultural exhibition space, the park serves as an important bridge for dialogue between Taiwan and the Austronesian peoples of the Pacific.
