Taitung County Government collaborated with Chunghwa Post to set up a unique underwater mailbox on the sandy seabed 60 meters offshore and 11.5 meters underwater in the Shilang snorkeling area of Green Island. The mailbox's design was inspired by the Coleman's pygmy seahorse, a species unique to Taitung known as the "Fairies of Green Island." This charming installation is beloved by divers from all around the world. Nearby, a heart-shaped artificial reef has also become a popular and iconic social media photo spot, capturing the romantic spirit of Green Island.
