Dulan Site is located on a gentle marine terrace, and approximately 1km northwestward of Dulan Village, Donghe Township. Chilan Culture Relics   covers a massive land area and was built approximately 3,000 years ago.

The southern edge of this Megalithic Culture can be categorized into rock coffin section and stone wall section. A diverse range of megalithic types is the main cultural feature. Currently, 3 standing stone columns and rock coffins that are made out of rock walls are the only remaining relics. The Dulan Site is ranked as a Class 3 Historic Monument by the Taitung County Government.
